Positive: Despite the dilapidated exterior of the building (think worst house on the best street), Conner has gone out of his way to make a well appointed, tidy and comfortable lodging experience. We were completely happy with the room.

Cosy & Comfortable! Ideal spot!
We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy place! Had everything one can need. The details from sugar cubes to pack of playing cards to even KD macaroni and cheese, if you were stuck in the snow and had no food (we didn't need though).
The bed is luxurious! So comfortable, firm and the premium bedding is absolutely correct. Very nice place to stay. The place looks exactly what the photos show. The property manager, Connor, helped us to get settled with the Disney channel. Internet is excellent. Nice and quiet building. Very clean and well maintained and feel safe. Massive parking spot. Definitely will return!
